HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : Every year on the third Thursday of November corresponds to the launch of the first red Côtes du Rhône wine of the current wine year. Freshly harvested, the grapes were vinified by traditional method to give the Primeur.
Traditionally, the launch of the primeur is a party. Winegrowers and customers are invited to come together to taste the new vintage. This festive tradition has greatly influenced our primeur, which aims to be easy to drink, friendly, with pretty red fruits. A festive wine that is transcribed on its modern, festive and attractive label.

VATTING TIME : 5 weeks with skin maceration.
FERMENTATION TIME slow : 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 20-28 °
MATURING : in concrete tanks
TASTING NOTES : Cherry color. A nose with notes of gourmet red fruits, raspberry, cherry. The palate is fresh and light, we find aromas of fresh red fruits while keeping a lightness and delicacy.
