HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : Considered a great-grandmother. This cuvée has seen decades go by but has not aged a bit. The recipe has hardly changed since the 1950s.
Tie the vine branches : 1 metal strand of Grenaches and on 2 metal strands for Syrahs.

TASTING NOTES : Pretty cherry color. Typical wine from the Rhône valley with a taste of Antan (Majority of Grenache noir). We note notes of fresh bay leaf and rosemary. Its mouth is very elegant with soft and delicate tannins.

PACKAGING : 75cl Burgundy bottle.
