HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : The name of Roca Fortis means Rochefort in Latin. This cuvée is the result of the wish of our wine growers to make a wine "out of the ordinary", with classic grape varieties but aged in French oak barrels. A plot selection is made rigorously in order to best choose the land suitable for this atypical wine.
Tie the vine branches : 1 metal strand for Grenaches and 2 metal strands for Syrahs.

TASTING NOTES : Red deep color, intense and brilliant. Nose on notes of very ripe red fruits, cherry, blackcurrant and a hint of warm spices. A smooth palate with fine tannins. Great aromatic persistence.
