HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : Our last born. The name of Roca Fortis means Rochefort in Latin. This cuvée is the result of the wish of our wine growers to make a wine "out of the ordinary", with classic grape varieties but aged in French oak barrels. A plot selection is made rigorously in order to best choose the land suitable for this atypical wine.
