HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : Our last born. The name of Roca Fortis means Rochefort in Latin. This cuvée is the result of the wish of our wine growers to make a wine "out of the ordinary", with classic grape varieties but aged in French oak barrels. A plot selection is made rigorously in order to best choose the land suitable for this atypical wine.

TASTING NOTES : Beautiful straw yellow color. A floral nose with notes of honey and acacia. A complex palate with notes of exotic fruits, pineapple, mingled with notes of beeswax and vanilla. Woody finish.
