HISTORY OF THE CUVEE: The Tavel appellation was the first French AOC to be recognized in Rosé. Our plots are managed in sustainable agriculture by one of our winemaker.
The name of the Respelido cuvée means "rebirth" in Provencal in connection with the vines which were intended for uprooting but saved by a winemaker.

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful deep pink with bluish reflections. A rich and intense nose with notes of small red fruits: strawberries, cherries and blackcurrant. Very fresh and round in the mouth. Beautiful length, finesse and freshness on the finish.
