HISTORY OF THE CUVEE: To finish off the “birds” range. We looked for all the red colored birds. The Cardinal, the bird with the bright red plumage was obvious to us.

TASTING NOTES : Red color, deep and intense. Nose with notes of black cherry fruit, wild strawberry, and spicy peppery. Fine and elegant on the palate with notes of stone fruits, cherries and a hint of mint. Syrah and Grenache make it a typical Côtes du Rhône wine.
