HISTORY OF THE CUVEE : Lost in the middle of the Rochefort garrigue. This domain is organic for a more responsible viticulture that preserves our biodiversity and is owned by the Bourret family.
The vines were planted around the clearing of the Mas du Grand Belly.
Tie the vine branches : 1 metal strand for Grenaches and Mouvèdres and 2 metal strands for Syrahs.

TASTING NOTES : Cherry color. A nose with notes of juniper , Provençal garrigue. The mouth is tense, fresh, we find aromas of fresh red fruits. A supple palate with a minty and spicy finish.
