HISTORY OF THE CUVEE: This cuvée was born during the first period of COVID. We wanted to make a light red wine, easy to drink, which calls for conviviality. We want a name that strikes the spirits and this one came long after.
Tie the vine branches : 1 metal strand for Syrahs and in a goblet for our old Grenaches.

TASTING NOTES : Red color. A gourmet nose with notes of red fruits, raspberries, cherries. The mouth is fresh and light, we find aromas of fresh red fruits while keeping a lightness and delicacy.
